More Teacher Thanks

Our baby is moving to "real" preschool and has completed his pre-preschool Fridays only class. Because we have so many teachers to thank ever year and we are on a limited budget, we get creatively cheap here in our house.
I bought 2 buckets in Target's dollar spot and then filled them with a cute little Gerbera daisy and printed a simple thank you on card stock, glued to funky little forked toothpicks from the dollar store.

Total cost (which is in no way reflective of how we feel about our teachers!) was $4.50 each
Pretty darn cute and the teachers loved them, too.

  1. What a cute idea, that would be great for Easter too! Following you here from Friday Follow!

  2. Really cute. I will have to remember this idea for Teacher Apperication Week. Thanks for sharing.

  3. Glad you found me via FF, and now I'm following, and looking forward to some card advice....I need to do more homemade cards! I loved all I saw here...and as a teacher, this gift is precious, and it will be greatly appreciated!
